"This machine does it all"

Positive Product Points: This machines makes beautiful creamy espressos and frothy Lattes. Love that you can change the settings for amount of beans, strength and size of cup. Great as we have different tastes in the house. Also that you can by-pass the grinder with pre-ground coffee is nice for decaf drinkers

Negative Product Points: It's so easy and delicious, we are drinking too much coffee. The machine takes some getting used to and it seemed a bit temperamental at first. I honestly think it learned from our usage??

Positive Product Points: Does it all functionally. There are more expensive models, but not with features that I was interested in. We're not much into milk coffees, so I didn't get the optional frother.

Negative Product Points: One minor point: the vibration from the grinder can cause a demi-tasse cup to migrate sideways, so you can't walk away if using a single lightweight cup.

Commentary: A great buy. The trade-in program was a real plus. I got some value for my 3 yr old Saeco Vienna. Responsive to email questions within hours. Great buying experience.
