"The Best of the Best"

Positive Product Points: Makes incredible foam and I can adjust the foam anyway I want it to come out. Makes nice hot espresso and the milk also comes out fairly hot which I did not find in other machines like the Capresso's I have owned in the past. This is a real beautiful machine with its stainless steel finish. The frothing carafe is a great feature for all types of espresso drinks. I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

Negative Product Points: This far I have found none!!!

Commentary: This review is doe the espresso machine, however, it should also be a review and recommendation of A Latte Hotte, Inc. I have never dealt with a kinder and more knowledgeable person than Rob Rodrigues the owner of the company. Ron never failed to take my calls and he responded to my e-mail within minutes. The espresso machine I ended up with was not the first I bought from Rob. I was not happy with my initial purchase and Rob suggested the Saeco Xelisis would be more to my liking and fit my life style better. I returned the first machine and Rob gave me the new Saeco without a moments hesitation. This in my mind is total customer service and something that is lacking with most sales companies. I would recommend A Latte Hotte to anyone wishing to purchase an espresso machine and also for the coffee and accessories they sell. Kudos to Rob for making me one very satisfied and lifetime customer.
