Machine will be cleaned thoroughly both inside and out. Your product will be returned to you in the best possible condition. | | | |  | Replacement of all internal gaskets and seals:
Any internal tubes or hoses that need attention will be replaced at no additional charge to you. | | | | | Lubrication of all moving parts:
Your product will be degreased and any debris accumulated from normal usage will be removed. Your brew group will undergo a refreshment. | | | | | Complimentary Grinder Maintenance Service:
This is part of our flat-rate service charge of $85; including a complete cleaning and restoration of your grinder motor and internal rings or ceramic discs. If Ceramic Discs or Rings need to be replaced, there may be an additional fee. | | | | | Machines that we Service:
We service all Saeco Super-Automatic Espresso Machines (with built-in grinders). Models include the Vienna Series, Royal Series, Magic Deluxe, Magic Comfort Plus, Incanto Series, Talea Series, Odea Series, Primea Series, Xelsis Series, Exprelia Series, Syntia Series, Intuita, Minuto Series, Saeco Xtra Small and other Saeco models with built in grinders. We also service Spidem branded Saeco machines. We do not service semi-automatics (machines without built-in grinders). We can not service Jura-Capresso products, only Capresso provides service for their products at this time. We do not sell parts to the public, the machine must be brought in or sent in for service.

while your machine is in for service, at no cost to you. |  | | Service Fee Flat Rate
There are no hourly rates for Service on your Saeco Espresso Machine Product. For example, if it takes three hours to complete your service, the flat rate for service never grows, no hourly fees. | | | | | Parts and Replaceable Components
Parts will always cost extra, depending on the part, if any, necessary to complete your service. The flat rate does not include parts and components such as grinder replacement, pump replacement, and/or any other mechanical components inside your machine. | | | | | Return Shipping
You will be responsible for return shipping. Typically shipping ranges anywhere between $18 and $55 depending on your location. We do not charge for our excessive outer-packaging used for added protection in shipment back to you. We also do not charge for full replacement insurance in the unlikely event of damage. | | | | | | How do I pay for my Service?
You will be billed for service only after you have received and accepted your service estimate from the service department. Do not pay prior to sending your product in, you will be billed later. | | You have the option to trade-in your machine towards the purchase of a brand-new SuperAutomatic Espresso Machine. When you send in your product for service, we will e-mail you a quote for repair and in that same e-mail, you will receive your trade-in value. All new Saeco machines that we sell feature the 2 Year Extended Warranty (for a total of 3 years) and our famous Lifetime Cleaning and Maintenance Program.
At this time, we do not take trade-ins on semi automatics (machines without built-in grinders) and we can not accept brands for service outside of Saeco. | | | | | | |
