Positive Product Points: super responsive on repair, excellent work, fast ship. competitively priced on machine purchases, great selection

Negative Product Points: none

Commentary: automatic machines are really nice, and work for a long time. but when they stop working, you can absolutely count on aLatteHotte to fix it the first time, and get it back to you (quickly) & better than before.
