The best way to serve light-as-air milk foam and hot milk for trendy speciality coffees is to keep the milk fresh at 39 °F prior to heating and frothing. The elegant Cool Control Basic cools the milk to as much as 25 ° below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 39 °F, it is maintained constantly within the optimum range. This prevents freezing and saves energy. The high-quality, 20 oz. stainless steel container is easy to remove. With its bayonet lock, the Cool Control Basic is easy to open, fill, store in the refrigerator as needed, and clean in the dishwasher.

Because fresh cold milk is fundamental to creating delicious espresso-based beverages, Jura expands its collection of countertop milk cooling appliances with the new Jura Cool Control Basic.  Designed to work with Jura’s IMPRESSA and ENA One Touch machines, this compact unit keeps milk cold, fresh and ready for frothing or steaming. 

Coffee aficionados know the best way to serve light-as-air milk foam or hot milk for preparing a variety of specialty coffees is to keep fresh milk stored at the perfect temperature.  When filled with cold milk, Cool Control Basic will always keep it at the optimal temperature of 39 degrees F, for the silkiest foam and creamiest hot milk.  It even has the capacity to cool milk as much as 75 degrees F below the ambient temperature, which is helpful when adding room temperature milk from a shelf stable carton.  With the precision of all Jura models, Cool Control Basic will never freeze milk.

Jura Cool Control Basic functions as a mini refrigerator to store and chill up to 20 ounces of milk right on the countertop, and it connects to Jura IMPRESSA or ENA automatic coffee centers so that milk is always on tap for cappuccino, latte macchiato and more.  It can be placed on the left or right side of the automatic coffee center, giving the user more flexibility in organizing their counter space. 

Optimized for quality and ease of use, this is the first Cool Control model with a new Bayonet lid that simply snaps closed for a quick, tight seal.  The milk vessel is tilted to access practically every last drop of cold milk, avoiding waste. 

A simple manual on/off switch on the back makes it easy to use, and a small blue LED light confirms that the Cool Control Basic is in operation. When the Cool Control Basic is not in use, the stainless steel milk container inside it can be stored in the refrigerator or washed in the dishwasher.
