Fine foam technology

The ultra-modern frother technology prepares milk foam of unprecedented quality. The foam is both fine and compact, giving it a creamy consistency with a subtle sweetness.

The frothers have two separate chambers in which the milk is frothed twice. Any bubbles that form will burst, compacting the foam and making it extremely fine. Three bars in the frother spout slow down the foam as it exits the frother, so it is poured slowly and evenly into the cup. The 20oz Stainless Steel Milk Container is included! One Touch Beverage Selections

Just like a vending machine! Aside from a long list of standard Jura features the GIGA 5 introduces new technologies in the compact class. All functions are centrally located. Adding a new level of convenience, the well-designed and user-friendly rotary dial allows you to override any settings for coffee and steam. Pushing the integrated rotary button allows you to enter an infinite amount of programming options. All functions and settings are clearly communicated and executed via the Color Touch Screen!

Barista Specialities

Now you can become a professional barista in a flash. The recipes for 12 tempting and original coffee creations are selected with the Rotary Switch. The GIGA 5 uses text and pictures to guide you through the preparation process - so you can treat yourself and your guests to some delicious coffee creations! A truly pleasurable experience for the palate – and a treat for the eyes too.

Plenty of air for optimum performance

Because the machine houses two powerful grinders, two pumps and two heating systems in a small space, a lot of heat and steam are produced. Heat is automatically guided out of the machine by the striking, adjustable Venti Ports, which also supply fresh air, working harmoniously with the electronic ventilation system.

AUTO Cleaning and AUTO Descaling Cycles

Automatic cleaning cycle indicator prevents coffee oil build-up in the brew chamber. A short 15 minutes automated tablet cleaning program with clear instructions in the LED display insures clean inner parts and coffee that will never taste oily or rancid. No inner parts need to be removed. The display will remind you automatically after approx. 200 cups of coffee. The built-in program for descaling will remind you when it is time to remove any scale inside your Giga 5. The sophisticated cleaning cycles built-in to all Jura Coffee Centers insure many years of quality enjoyment. The system will commense the maintenance of the machine so that you do not have to.

Jura Cool Control Premium
Make sure that your milk always stays cool as well. With the non-wearing and CFC-free Peltier cooling, the Cool Control from JURA is able to cool milk to 25°C below the ambient temperature.
Once a temperature of 4°C has been reached, the intelligent device then keeps the milk in the optimum temperature range – this not only prevents the milk from accidentally freezing, but also helps to save energy. The high-quality stainless steel container with a capacity of more than one litre can be easily removed, refilled, cleaned or stored in the refrigerator if necessary.
The little Cool Control is not only functionally appealing - its typical JURA design also rounds off the machine optically.

Jura Programmable Cup Warming System with Accessory Drawer
The enjoyment of speciality coffees has become a regular part of everyday life. The cup warmer is fully in keeping with this trend, and with its programmable automatic switch-on and switch-off times you can enjoy the ultimate cup of coffee every time. The machine automatically switches on and off at the programmed times, so the cups are always at the optimum temperature when you need them for the perfect coffee experience. The cup warmer is fitted with a modern cushioning system so that the two drawers close silently. Each level has space for 6 cappuccino cups (diameter 90 mm), 4 coffee cups (diameter 66 mm), or 5 espresso cups (diameter 57 mm). It’s the ideal size for domestic use, so you can spoil your family and friends with delicious speciality coffees.

The new accessory drawer adapts the height of the cup warmer to the GIGA 5 perfectly. It also gives you another compartment for storing your coffee and espresso spoons.

Jura Clearyl Water Filter for Giga 5
The Clearyl Water Care Cartridge is an important part of the cleaning process for your Jura-Capresso Giga 5 Automatic Coffee Machines and Espresso Center. It removes chlorine, lead, aluminum and copper for a better tasting coffee. A special organic additive removes almost all carbon and practically eliminates decalcifying. Each cartridge filters 60 liters of water. To ensure that you always have the best water possible change the cartridge when the indicator light on your ENA Coffee Center illuminates.

Jura Coffee Cleaning Cycle Tablets
Designed for use with all Capresso and Jura-Capresso automatic coffee centers, this pack of six specially formulated cleaning tablets removes inner oil build-up. The machine's display will indicate when it's time to run a cleaning cycle (after every 200 cups of coffee), and it only requires one tablet each time. Simply drop a tablet into the bypass doser and run the cleaning cycle. Using the tablets as directed in the instruction manual and on the machine's display makes the 15-minute automated process foolproof. Regular cleanings with these cleaning tablets helps ensure great-tasting coffee drinks, cup after cup.
