Gift Wrapping Information |
We offer gift wrapping for most every product that we sell. You can request gift wrapping, if available for your items, from within the shopping cart. Gift wrapping is available for a nominal fee (or free in some cases) and generally varies on the product that you request gift wrapping for. Packages are wrapped with skilled craftsmanship and a card can be included free of charge with any purchase. Hassle Free 60 Day Product Return Policy |
Returning Products for any reason - ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE
You are welcome to return produts for any reason. If you are simply unsatisfied with your product, you may request an RMA number to initiate the simple process.
- Refunds: Refunds will be granted within sixty days from the time you take delivery of the items.
- The following conditions must be met prior to advancing a return:
- Keep all packaging materials, including the "overpack carton" that your machine ships with.
- Follow Return Procedures prior to boxing your product, if these procedures are not followed, you may be liable for damages that occur during shipment.
- Complimentary Starter Kit items that ship with Espresso Machines must be returned with machines.
- Deductions from the original sale total
- Any Used Starter Kit Items
- Any damaged products or missing items
- Any and all costs to originally ship the item to the customer. This includes expedited shipping.
- We can not accept returns for items shipped outside the United States.
- As long as the above guidelines have been followed and are applicable to your condition, simply request an RMA number from within your aLatteHotte account. Select the order you are referencing and then choose "Request Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA Number)" to begin the process. As soon as you are granted an RMA number, simply write the number on the return box. As soon as the product arrives at our doorstep, we will quickly review the return and refund your payment, generally within one business day. You must generate your own RMA number by using your online aLatteHotte account. Contact Us if you need any assistance.

Defective Merchandise Returns |
Returning Products for repair or replacement
- All Saeco products less than one year old are covered by the factory warranty and will be expedited by the manufacturer of the product that needs repair. Jura products are covered by a factory "White Glove" warrnaty which pays the freight in both directions when service is needed.
- Please see the Warranty/Service department for details relevant to manufacturers warranties and for shipment instructions.
- Follow the Return Procedures prior to boxing your product, if these procedures are not followed, you may be liable for damages that occur during shipment.

- We will replace a defective product, free of charge, within 60 days of purchase.
