Processing Times
Products are immediately available unless noted otherwise. We assure that all shipments are processed promptly. All orders ship within twelve to twenty-four hours. Most orders do ship on the same day, directly to your doorstep.
For your protection and our insurance, orders that have different shipping addresses and/or billing names may be reviewed for validity. All orders with separate shipping addresses must be placed using a valid telephone number. If a valid telephone number is absent from your account, the order will be declined after the sale. This is to prohibit the use of stolen identities and/or fraudulent charges placed on cardholders. We can only ship items weighing less than one pound to U.S. Post Office Boxes, items weighing more than one pound must be shipped to a bona fide street address.

For your added insurance, included starter kits ship in a separate box from Espresso Machine products. We can not simply pack all materials into one package. All Espresso Machines ship in an "overpack carton" to maintain the original integrity of the packaging.

Smaller items under one hundred US dollars may ship through the United States Postal Service and may not have a tracking number. All shipment information is available on your aLatteHotte account.

UPS Air Shipments must be received by 5:00pm PST to be processed for Next Day or Second Day Delivery.

General Information
We will provide you with a tracking number within twenty-four hours so that you can track your order, in real-time, online. You can also track your order through your aLatteHotte account. Simply login to your account and choose Previous Orders. Tracking numbers are associated with every single order. In addition to using your aLatteHotte account,You may visit the UPS online tracking system and manually type in your provided tracking number.
Tracking Shipments Online
We fully insure all shipments in the unlikely event that a product becomes damaged during shipment. If you receive a package that has been damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately or you may contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Do Not use the product.
