Commentary: My Saeco Magic Comfort Plus machine was having issues. I sent it to Rob and Ric and they promptly repaired, cleaned and gave my machine some much needed maintenance. Just received it back and it looks and performs as if it was brand new. Thank you so much for getting it shipped out before the weekend. I love you guys!!

Commentary: If you are a real coffee lover like myself, go in person if you can, a delight to see ! Rob was friendly , could tell he knows his way in and out of these machines - and delighted that he shared what he knew about my model. Definitely recommend!

Positive Product Points: The INTELIA is easy to use and has a short recovery between brewing and frothing milk compared to my other SAECO SUPERAUTOMATICA machine.
Negative Product Points: Within a year, it needed additional calibration as coffee did not meet expectations in terms of aroma, taste and strength.
Commentary: I had bought the machine in August 2013 from aLatteHotte. I believe the price was reasonable and the service second-to-none! Rob was very responsive and responsible at providing assistance and offering to calibrate the machine. Since the calibration needed was far-above the owner's capability and within a year of ownership, I expected for aLatteHotte to incur the shipping costs.
